Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Eligible returns may qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the returned item meets the conditions outlined in this policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns that are not the result of our error.

Sale Items

Sale items, clearance items, and promotional purchases may be marked as final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any exceptions are made solely at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

When contacting us, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of both the item and its packaging so we can evaluate your claim.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances. We reserve the right to investigate and verify all claims before approving any resolution.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Whenever possible, it should be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, or abuse may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a comparable item, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

After your returned item has been received and inspected, please allow approximately five to seven (5–7) business days for processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, it may take several additional business days before the refund appears on your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information. Améle Laurent is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.

Rejected Returns

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy, we may decline the return and send the item back to you at your expense.
