By accessing our website, placing an order, or enrolling in the Améle Laurent Diamond Pass Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on our website. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Orders and Product Availability

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason permitted by law, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or violations of these Terms.

Product availability is not guaranteed and items may become unavailable without prior notice. We also reserve the right to limit purchase quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Diamond Pass Membership

Certain products or promotions may include enrollment in the Améle Laurent Diamond Pass Membership ("Membership"). By enrolling in the Membership, you agree that your Membership begins with a fourteen (14) day free trial. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, your Membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

At the conclusion of the free trial, you authorize Améle Laurent to charge $39.99 USD to the payment method you provided. Thereafter, your Membership will automatically renew every thirty (30) days at the then-current Membership rate, which is currently $39.99 USD, unless and until you cancel.

You may cancel your Membership at any time through your customer account, if available, or by contacting our customer support before your next billing date. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but will not entitle you to a refund of charges that have already been processed except where required by applicable law.

By enrolling in the Membership, you expressly authorize Améle Laurent to securely store your payment method through our payment service providers and automatically charge your payment method for recurring Membership fees until your Membership is canceled. If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Membership benefits until payment is received.

We reserve the right to modify the Diamond Pass Membership, including its pricing, benefits, eligibility requirements, or features, at any time. Any pricing changes will apply only to future billing periods after reasonable notice has been provided.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us to charge the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any Membership fees you have agreed to under these Terms.

If you enroll in the Améle Laurent Diamond Pass Membership, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring Membership fees in accordance with these Terms until your Membership is canceled.

If payment cannot be successfully processed, we reserve the right to delay or cancel your order, suspend Membership benefits, or terminate your Membership.

Shipping

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, where permitted by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the terms of our Refund Policy.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once charged except where required by applicable law.
